Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? We're here to help! 

If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to store credit. We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, have a strong scent, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed.

Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.  

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopkaimari.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return has been inspected and approved, you will receive a store credit code in the amount paid for the item via email.

Return Shipping Cost 

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

None Returnable- FINAL SALE:  
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as: 

  • All Items Purchased on Sale or with a Promo Code 
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
  • Shipping fees

Final Sale Items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
